Visioning and Gratitude

Visioning is spiritual goal setting.  It takes our egos out of the way and frees us to create goals that serve not only ourselves, but a higher purpose.

Gratitude is about unlocking the energy that allows us to receive more good.  We are telling the universe that we have enough space in our vessels for more.

Therefore, logic says that if we vision, and then hold that vision in gratitude, that we are allowing ourselves to receive more goodness!

In case, you need more, I’ve listed my top 4 ways visioning and gratitude go hand in hand.

  1. Visioning allows us to know what we have to be grateful for.
  2. It gives us a chance to decide to become more expanded, more aware, more powerful in our manifestation by making us hone in on who we intend to become.
  3. It opens us to more prosperity and abundant blessings by helping us to release that which no longer serves us.
  4. It shows us who we are to others, and confirms the ways in which we help others to be grateful by being the light in their worlds.

Visioning reboots our imaginations!

All 4 reasons spark some gratefulness in my heart.  These are some good reason to take on this spiritual practice, don’t you think?

Now, if you have not done so, go ahead and take on visioning as a practice this week!

Be sure to follow up with some gratitude, whether it be journalling, or kind acts, or simply saying “thank you” a few more times in your day.

Insightfully,
